Primary Schools Kwik Cricket Festival 2019

After having to postpone for a week due to the wet weather, Thursday 20 June saw Dinton, Wardour, Tisbury and Chilmark primary schools playing "Kwik Cricket" in teams of 8 at Fonthill Park.

It was another very successful event which was much enjoyed by all who took part. Visiting staff and FPCC umpires commented favourably on the progress they had seen the children making as the day went on, as well as the sportsmanship and team work of the children aged 10-11.

Undefeated on the day, the eventual winners were Dinton, pictured here receiving the trophy from South Wilts and FPCC player Henry Smith.
